The 2025 Sweetheart Tournament will take place February 13-16 2026.

Application will be open on October 1, 2025.

Payment must be posted by November 1st, 2025.

You will receive notification on your acceptance after November 15th. Cheques must be mailed no later than November 1st.

Applications will only be accepted using the online application process linked above.
All players must be from one registered team.

Divisions Accepted: U10S1, U10S2, U10S3, U12A, U12B, U12C, U14AA, U14B, U14C, U16AA, U16A/B, U16B/B, U19AA, U19A, U19B, OPEN B, OPEN C

*All divisions acceptance is subject to playdowns schedule.

Tournament Fees guaranteed 3 games (AA divisions have 4 games)

U10S1 - $750 U10S2 - $750 U10S3 - $900

U12A - $900 U12B -$ 900 U12C -$900

U14AA -$1350 U14A - $1000 U14C-$950

U16AA -$1350 U16A - $1050 U16B- $1050

U19AA - $1350 U19A - $1050

OPEN C - $1200

Refund/Cancelation Policy: Once a team receives their acceptance email and responds to confirm their participation in the Sweetheart Tournament, registration will be charged in full.

Teams withdrawing after they have confirmed acceptance, and payment has been processed, will not receive a refund. If this spot can be filled by a team of the same competition level, consideration will be given to providing a full or partial refund (to be determined based on timing of the withdrawal and impact on tournament planning).

How to pay for registration: Tournament fees can only be paid by cheque, and must be mailed no later than November 1, 2024. Cheques are to be made payable to SPRUCE GROVE RINGETTE ASSOCIATION, and have TEAM NAME , ASSOCIATION and DIVISION written on the memo portion of the cheque. Registration is NOT accepted until both online application and cheque have been received.

Cheques will only be cashed for accepted teams after we receive your confirmation of acceptance via email. All cheques received from teams who will not be participating will be destroyed and money will never be withdrawn from your account.

How you will find out if your Team is accepted into the Sweetheart Tournament

Accepted teams will be emailed and a list will be posted to the SGRA website AFTER November 15, 2024. Teams will be contacted via email by the Sweetheart Tournament Directors either way to let them know if they have been accepted or put on the waiting list.

How to book a hotel for the Sweetheart Tournament

This is a Stay and Play Tournament. Teams requiring accommodations for our tournament must make reservations through Todd at Team Sport Accommodation.
